Bio
I am a Senior Petroleum Engineer (Upstream) at Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company (GUPCO), with over 17 years of extensive experience in exploration and production operations. I have worked in joint ventures with major international oil companies such as BP, Shell, and Dragon Oil, primarily focusing on offshore mature fields operated with Gas Lift and ESP systems.

My expertise spans across production operations, optimization of Gas Lift and ESP wells, stimulation jobs, PLT interpretation using Emeraude, production forecasting with OFM, and well modeling using PETEX tools (PROSPER, GAP, and PIPESIM). I have hands-on experience in performance evaluation, rigless well interventions (CTU, Wireline, and E-line), perforation and completion design, sand control, contracting management, and production planning. Additionally, I have strong expertise in well integrity management and maintain full operational awareness of drilling and workover activities.

Beyond field operations, I have worked as a Production Assessor, mentoring and evaluating production engineers and technicians, and served as an instructor for Smart e-Coil activities.
